Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and have flexibility in when they can work so they can be integrated with our management staff. This role will involve managing our social media presence, engaging with our community, and driving traffic to our website.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish 3 engaging posts per week and 1 story per week on Facebook and Instagram.

• Actively participate in online communities and forums, responding to inquiries and promoting our tutoring services.

• Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, including graphics and videos.

• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

 

Qualifications:​

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed

• Must be a current university student 

 

Bonus Points:

• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)

• Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising would be preferred

 

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay is in the form of a bonus of company revenue monthly (equivalent to 1.5% of revenue)
