Want to become a tutor? Nervous about how much work it requires and not sure where to begin?

Don't worry! We are here to support you. We train all of our tutors and continuously strive to improve their skills to meet our high standards.

The interview process begins with a call with Shyam. This is an informal call to assess your interpersonal skills and learn how you embody our company's values in your daily work.

​

The second stage requires you to sit in front of Neha and Shyam. In this video interview, you will be asked to tutor one of us in a topic of our choosing. The process lasts an hour and in most cases we repeat this step until perfection is achieved.

But the training does not stop there. Even when you have your first client, or your tenth, we conduct bi-annual performance reviews by observing your tutoring sessions to ensure you maintain the highest teaching standards.
